Holiday Love 2026/2027 Financial Partner Enrollment Form

How much are you committing to gifting each month? This is a four month commitment.
We are asking all financial partners to download both CashApp and Venmo to help make the matching process with the moms more easeful. Are you willing and able to download both apps?
Do you understand that the money you’re committed to giving is not a tax-deductible charitable donation but a gift in solidarity?
We will be hosting an orientation for financial partners on Saturday, November 7th, from 1 pm est - 2 pm est. During our time together, we’ll go over the flow of our journey so that you know what to expect and are prepared to send your first gift on November 15th. Are you available to attend this orientation?
If you are not available to attend the orientation, are you willing to read a short document outlining the flow of our ecosystem to prepare you to send your first gift on November 15th?
Do you understand that as a financial partner, you will be matched with a mother, and it will be your responsibility to send your financial gift on the 15th of each month from November - February? We will send you a reminder each month.
We will be hosting closing gathering on Saturday, February 20th from 1 pm est - 2 pm est. The gathering is a time for everyone involved in Holiday Love to meet, witness, and share about their experience in the program. This is a wonderful time to connect with moms who've been supported and your fellow financial partners. Are you available to attend this gathering?

One last note: Throughout the four months of Holiday Love, we use a dedicated Holiday Love portal for communication and administrative details. Once you enroll, you'll receive instructions on how to access the portal.
